Така си е абсолютно - много се строи и всякакви мръснишки трикове се прилагат.
Примерно сега към един съседен до моя блок строят някакви гаражи - ама така, че изходите на половината гаражи са на половин метър от детската площадка. Т.е. няма как там да влезе кола, без да мине през пясъчника и люлките. Ясно е, че след време ще бъде махната тая площадка с извинението, че пречи на гаражите...
